Should I do this course if I am working as a fitness coach?

Yes, this is the ideal course to start off your journey as a Pilates instructor. If you are not from a medical background, this is the right course for you to learn Matwork Pilates from APPI(UK). This is hybrid and includes anatomy as part of its curriculum.

Can we do only 1 module at a time?

No. In the comprehensive course, all the modules need to be completed as they are structured for one to get a better understanding of anatomy, physiology and the different levels of the Matwork Pilates Program in the flow.

Are the APPI courses internationally recognised?

Yes, the courses are internationally recognised. APPI (UK) is one of the world’s leading provider of Pilates and movement Instructor courses.

Can we do the Matwork Course online?

A part of the theory of the course is online. But the exercises are taught in the offline set-up.
