“Sneha Krishna & Moushumi Kuvawala have created an organized, clear, and beautifully-laid out slide presentation on fascia. The topic of fascia is so timely, with our knowledge base changing each year. For this reason, it can be challenging to grasp a clear understanding of this topic given all the conflicting reference content that is out there. For this reason, their presentation: Anatomy of Fascia & Integration Into Movement is so valuable. Without dumbing down the subject, they make an understanding of fascia flow easily. And, as an aside, it might be the most beautiful and aesthetically pleasing slide presentation that I have ever seen! I strongly recommend this for manual therapists and movement professionals!”

Dr. Joe Muscolino

“Sneha & Moushumi have done as all a tremendous good in compiling this compendium of information introducing the world of fascia to anyone with the curiosity or need to know more about this vital dimension of the human body. If you want to start somewhere in your journey with fascia, this would be a good place to begin! And if you are already studying fascia, their sharp and open mind and organizational prowess with this material will help focus and support your own inquiry and knowledge. “
