Who is it for
Open to all healthcare and allied healthcare background professionals.
Course Instructor
Moushumi Kuvawala- the official provider of APPI courses in India.
This course is open to Physiotherapists, Osteopaths, Chiropractors, Rehabilitation Therapists, Sports Rehabilitation Therapists (with degree module qualification), Occupational Therapists, Podiatrists, Doctors, final year physiotherapy students, those holding either a Human Movement or a Sports Science degree.
If you hold any other qualifications outside the above criteria, please contact the institute directly. The APPI Rehab Matwork Pilates teacher training series has been designed for those teaching in the rehabilitation setting or looking to offer clinically safe Pilates techniques. It is the essential Pilates training tool for all health professionals.

Basic Matwork
The first level in the Matwork Pilates training series which has been designed for those teaching in the rehabilitation setting. Based on the most up to date evidence in spinal stability, pelvic stability, strength/conditioning and pain – this is the essential Pilates training tool for all health professionals.

If you are a allied healthcare professional like a Physiotherapist, Doctor, etc., you can sign up for the Rehab Matwork Pilates course from APPI (UK). This is completely offline and requires prior knowledge of anatomy.
For those not from an allied healthcare background, there is a course on Comprehensive Matwork from APPI(UK). This is hybrid and includes anatomy as part of its curriculum.
Yes, you can either sign up for a single module, any two or the entire course together. However, you can only appear for the certification exam, after having completed all levels in the course.
