A Matwork Pilates class using different Pilates props, P-Prop is a floor based exercise program which challenges balance, flexibility and core strength by using the Swiss Ball, Foam Roller, Balancing board and many other props. Combining the principles of classic pilates with the challenges of different props, this class is dynamic and new every time.
