Classic Matwork Pilates with Props
Adhering to the original principles created by Joseph Pilates known as “Contrology”, we conduct Pilates on the Mat. These are floor-based exercises using your body weight , resistance exercise bands, balls, magic circle, foam roller and other props. Here you will exercise all those deep muscles which are otherwise neglected. These workouts start from the core and are designed to strengthen, sculpt and align the full body.
