The Barre exercise format, taught by our instructors is fast-paced and aerobic in nature. While employing all the basic tenets of Classic Pilates- Centering, Concentration, Control, Precision, Breath, and Flow, it also includes the flow of movements from Ballet. This Pilates exercise routine adds the cardio element to Pilates. It is conducted to music and is interspersed with relevés, passés, pliés etc. If you like dance-based workouts, this class is for you.
