The Barre exercise format is taught by our trainers as P-Pulse. It is fast-paced and aerobic in nature. While employing all the basic tenets of Classic Pilates- Centering, Concentration, Control, Precision, Breath, and Flow, it also includes the flow of movements from Ballet. This Pilates exercise routine, conducted to music, is interspersed with relevés, passés, pliés etc.
